In today's monthly Spiritual & Emotional Maturity gathering, we celebrated the release of the newly published 2026 edition of Spiritual and Emotional Maturity: Tools & Practices for Consciously Developing Spiritual and Emotional Maturity, co-authored by Bryan Sawchuk and Toni G. Boehm.

We began by revisiting what it means to be a spiritually and emotionally mature adult, along with the understanding of energy and consciousness as the foundation of Unity, New Thought, and this book.

From there, we explored the power of empowering questions to open new possibilities in our lives, and introduce Part Two of the book — a brand-new topical guide for the practical moments of daily living — with a deep dive into four entries: Action, Courage, Flow, and Higher Love vs. Needy, Performative Love.

The 2026 edition is available now on Amazon in both paperback and Kindle formats.
